Ingredients:

  • 2 lb Plant-based meat
  • 1 Small onion, finely diced
  • 2 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 Cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 Cup Plant-Based milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh thyme or dried thyme
  • 2 Tablespoons flex-seed, 6 cups of water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 Teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 Tablespoon grape-seed oil

Glaze Topping

  • 1/2 Cup ketchup
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
