Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 Teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet)
  • 1 1/2 Cups warm water (about 110°F or 45°C)
  • 1 Teaspoon cane sugar
  • 3 1/2 Cups all-purpose flour (plus extra for kneading)
  • 2 Tablespoons grape-seed oil
  • 2 Teaspoons himalayan salt
